Role: Fame Academy Presenter
Experience: Stupid Punts, Patrick Kielty Tonight

Patrick Kielty has become one of Ireland's best known comedians. His lightning fast quips and cheeky manner have helped make his shows, Patrick Kielty Tonight and Patick Kielty Almost Live, must see TV in his native Ireland.

His latest show, which airs on Friday nights, has also become a massive hit all over the UK. Past guests include Noel Gallagher, Meatloaf and Tom Jones, so Patrick knows how to handle popstars.

On the first series of Fame Academy Patrick showed his loyalty to the students as he defended them against some of the judges' harsher comments.

His razor sharp wit and cheeky charm can often bring some much needed comic relief, essential to lightening the mood when students are feeling sorry for themselves.
